Shaikh Waqar Ahmad

I am a qualified lawyer with over two decades of experience in legal practice, spanning immigration, corporate, and commercial law. Since beginning my career in April 2001, I have worked in both private and in-house roles, including leadership positions heading legal departments at multinational organisations such as China Mobile Pakistan, the VINCI Group (France), and Halcrow Group (USA).
Since 2018, I have been practising full-time as an Immigration Lawyer in the United Kingdom, assisting clients with a wide range of immigration matters. I am authorised to provide immigration advice and services by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and am also registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as a Registered Foreign Lawyer.
Based in London, I combine deep international legal experience with a client-focused approach to deliver practical, tailored legal solutions. Border & Boundaries is built around that personal accountability — clear advice, careful preparation, and genuine care for every outcome.
