Overview
Settled status gives EU citizens and their eligible family members the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely. It is equivalent to Indefinite Leave to Remain and is granted to those who can demonstrate five years of continuous residence in the UK. After holding settled status for 12 months, you may be eligible to apply for British citizenship.
